What we do and don't collect.

This marketing site uses Google Analytics to measure waitlist visits and improve the page. We collect what GA collects by default — page views, referrer, browser/device details, and IP-derived geolocation — and use it solely for product and marketing decisions. We never sell or share. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, retains standard request logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) per their default policy.
The Decision Trace Protocol surfaces and the /decision-protocol page itself collect no analytics whatsoever — see the next section.
The Decision Journal app (alignmink-dtp)
Runs entirely on your machine. Does not connect to any Alignmink server. Does not transmit telemetry. Your decision traces never leave your device unless you export them yourself.
The reader serves localhost:3000 from your computer. The protocol is open (Apache 2.0). The data is yours, in plain JSON, on your disk.
The waitlist form
If you submit your email, we store it in our private database to send you product updates. We do not sell or share. You can request deletion at any time by replying to any email from us.
